Brian Shelton on Irenaeus

On February 4, 2021, Brian Shelton, Professor of Theology and Department Chair at Asbury University, joined our Ad Fontes 2021 Patristics Reading Group to discuss Irenaeus, second-century bishop of Lyons. His lecture provided basic biographical information on Irenaeus and an introduction to his two major works: Demonstration of the Apostolic Preaching and Against Heresies.
